The Final Destination follows a group of teens who almost die as spectators attending a race involving a serious race-car crash. Like the first three films, one teen has a premonition just minutes before the crash occurs. He then tries to tell the other teens that they are in danger, and those who follow him out of the stands survive the horrific accident that would have claimed their lives. For now. After this, the teens who survived start to die in horribly fatal, and usually torturous accidents one by one based on the order in which they would have died.
